Spring Charcuterie Class, featuring The Nordic Knot
If you have never tried one of the Nordic Knot’s famous pretzels, now is your chance! The pretzel is the star of the show on the amazing spring charctuerie board you will be creating, led by Melissa Romano.
Melissa is the co-owner and co-founder of Nordic-Knot, an award-winning soft pretzel bakery in Reston, Virginia. Nordic-Knot was born from a love of pretzels and as a way of twisting together friends, family and a community!
This class will take place in the Cabin at Firefly Cellars, and includes a flight of three Firefly wines that pair perfectly with your board. You can snack on your board as you sip your wine, or save it to take home and share with the family You can also take it down to the tasting room after class to enjoy with more Firelfly wine and live music! Whatever you choose, you’re in for a fun, interactive afternoon in a beautiful, intimate setting.
