Wine and Chocolate Pairings, led by Babylon Chocolates

Come learn about the chocolate making process and history in this wine and chocolate pairing class showcasing the newly launched Babylon Chocolates curated and led by head chocolatier, Mia Muschek. Mia has refined her expertise in Bean-to-Bar Chocolate through hands-on experiences on chocolate farms in Hawaii, bringing these honed skills to fruition in her newly launched Babylon Chocolates company which specializing is bean-to-bar, ethically sourced cacao from around the world. We are delighted to present this local small business, offering a five wine tasting, meticulously paired with her exceptional chocolates.

Ticket includes: wine tasting (five wines), five chocolates, and educational class in the Cabin at Firefly Cellars. Class participants also receive 15% off any additional purchases at Firefly Cellars the day of the class, so plan to come early to enjoy some live music in the tasting room, or head down to the tasting room for a bottle of your favorite wine after the class is over!
